Alter it!!!!

Hello... It's my turn to set the challenge this week and I thought I would do something different...I want to challenge you to alter something... my example involves a bird box I bought from Woolworths for £1.69 and the Prima Caliope collection set from the shop...
But you can use anything you like... picture frame, box... If you want to still do a layout or card alter something you use... Change the appearance of buttons, use paint on something let your imagination run wild...As usual there will be a £10.00 e-voucher for the lucky person whose name is pulled out of the hat, all you have to do is pop back here before 9am next saturday and leave us a link to your creation or drop us an email letting us know where to look...

And I quote!

This week's challenge over on the shop blog is to use a quote or saying on a layout or card...
I've decided to use the Prima Caliope paper collection pack for my example. The layout shows me and my son on the day he was born...

The quote I used is by Helen Keller and reads -

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt in the heart."

The first uses french twist and is based on Madonna's Immaculate collection...
The second was an idea of my hubby's and is based on The Beatles White album...

It's my turn to set the challenge over on the shop blog today... so I've decided to challenge everyone to use some foam... I've used some white funky foam and my sizzix sunset alphabet to make the titles for this layout and card... But you can feel free to use any foam you have lying around your stash including the small foam pads to use the layer up embellishments etc...

Be sure to pop by the shop blog and leave a link to your creation... you have until 9am next saturday...

Give her time

A bit late this week... here is my attempt at the lastest challenge over on the Scrummy Stash Cafe blog - this week's challenge is to include "Time" in your lo... in what ever way you wish...:D
It's also killing two birds with one stone as it also forms my layout for the first of the 52 challenges by Elsie Flannigan - i am doing this challenge over on UKS with a whole host of other people - whether i manage to stay the course for 52 weeks remains to be seen...

As usual there is a £10.00 e-voucher for the shop for one lucky person whose name is pulled out of the hat... so pop over to the shop blog and leave a link to you time creation - layout or card...
