I've used some Elsie Betty papers, a large angel kiss and the center of the flower is actually one of a pack of badges that I bought in paperchase recently...

Don't you just love the papers from the Love Elsie line? I used it alot for Christmas and now I have plans for Valentine's projects. This looks great.
